Responsibilities

  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contact potential leads to qualify and assess their interest in our products/services.
  • Conduct thorough customer research to identify key decision-makers and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to conduct client or market surveys, gathering valuable insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations, ensuring they are tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management regarding lead generation activities, performance metrics, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential leads.
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation and qualification.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics, optimize processes, and maximize conversion rates.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Representatives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Continuously update and improve lead generation strategies based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and feedback from the sales team.
