Overview:
Inadequate digital integration between general practitioners, surgeons and surgical sites has been identified as a key gap in the effective tracking of surgical patient flow; the efficient, collaborative and transparent management of surgical patient waitlists; as well as the timely communication to patients and other stakeholders of key steps and blockers in the surgical patient journey.
Our client wishes to improve its internal tracking of patient wait time by launching a project. One Business Analyst is required for this project in its planning phase.
What you need to have:
- Experience working on large health care integration initiatives/projects preferred
- Experience in a health authority environment preferred
- Experience working with Sharepoint preferred.
- Experience with Change Management preferred
- Experience with running stakeholder envisioning meetings preferred
What you will be doing:
- Participate as a functional member of the team
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings and distributing minutes
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project documentation are maintained appropriately
- Escalate risks, issues, and constraints to the project manager as appropriate
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Take on additional assignments as required by the program/manager
