Reporting to the Sales Finance Manager, the Pricing & Trade Spend Analyst is responsible for maintaining customer pricing and promotional programs, supporting trade spend forecasting for selected customer accounts, and executing key reporting and month-end financial activities that support both Finance and Sales teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain customer pricing and promotional programs in SAP
  • Prepare and process monthly credit lists and claims
  • Manage the Metro damage claims process
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies by liaising with Customer Service and Sales
  • Build and update trade spend forecasts in collaboration with Key Account Managers for lower-volume customer accounts
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly reviews with Key Account Managers to identify risks and opportunities in trade spend
  • Complete daily and weekly reporting on sales and trade by customer for internal stakeholders
  • Support month-end processes including customer, cost of goods, and system reconciliation tasks
  • Identify and implement process improvements related to pricing and promotional setup in SAP
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration or Commerce
  • One to two years of experience in a finance role
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
