About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals to secure necessary resources.
  • Oversee office management and operational logistics of the organization.
  • Coordinate special events that promote our mission and engage the community.

Who You Are

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise 5-10 people, committees, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and WordPress.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
