- Collaborate with internal teams to assess supply needs, forecast demand, and manage procurement processes, including supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Coordinate logistics for timely deliveries and distribution of medical supplies and equipment while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations for all procured medical supplies and equipment
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain
- Generate reports, analyze supply chain data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and provide training on supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or logistics
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPSM) preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical inventory tracking systems, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
