RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily transportation operations, leveraging Transportation Management Software Tools to drive efficiency
• Develop proactive, cost-effective logistics solutions tailored to customer needs
• Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business expansion
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages
• Negotiate competitive rates across multiple transportation modes (Air, Ocean, Rail, Road)
• Monitor and manage shipment tracking, tracing, and appointment scheduling
• Collaborate closely with customers, carriers, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure seamless execution
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support operational continuity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree required; a focus in Business Administration or Commerce is an asset
• Minimum 3 years' related experience in the transportation industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• A customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to deliver on commitments and grow client relationships
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
