JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about driving organizational growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development? We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and driven leader to lead our HR initiatives and programs that shape the future of our workforce.
This pivotal role oversees organization development and design, learning, emerging talent and engagement programs, diversity, equity & inclusion, performance management, and succession planning. To deliver success in this role, you must be able to juggle multiple priorities across a broad portfolio and be able to build strong relationships across the organization, including executives. We are looking for someone with a wide range of HR experiences who can demonstrate strong people management capabilities combined with proven experience in building and executing on large, business wide programs with measurable impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Management: You will lead a dedicated team of specialists and senior specialists, guiding them in supporting and improving talent management processes and initiatives.
  • Strategic Leadership: You will develop and implement innovative strategies, workplans, and programs to enhance employee retention, development, and organizational change capacity.
  • Program Oversight: You will oversee the execution of initiatives related to organization development, learning, emerging talent, Engagement, DEI, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Collaborative Partnership: You will work closely with our Centre of Excellence at JDI Corporate to understand, support, and implement centralized talent development and management programs. You will also partner regularly with leaders and executives across the organization and building strong relationships with external and community partners.
  • Data Literacy: You will use data from a variety of sources to help inform key decisions and processes and translate information into a compelling story. You will provide reporting to both internal and external stakeholders that tells stories of our success and how we are driving positive change.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in talent and performance management, organization development, and DEI initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and program management capabilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong partnerships across the organization.
  • Strong data literacy and storytelling.
