The Intervention Supporter participates in the various activities of the Accompaniment & Intervention programs, and is involved in various administrative tasks as well as some related to intervention. The Intervention Support provides support to the team while developing his/her own skills in the field.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, 35h per week
- Started work beginning of june
- Salary 18.54$/hr
- Must be between 15 and 30 years old (inclusively)
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or a person who has been granted refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act [S.C. 2001, c. 27];
*Foreign students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
- Support the workers in their various administrative tasks
- Answer the phone and redirect calls
2.Help with the intervention
- Assist the kitchen team on various occasions
- Take inventory and sort inventory
- Prepare welcome kits and put them in the rooms
- Research programs and resources
- Filling out pre-admission forms and welcome forms
- Prepare the reception or departure of tenants
- Assist in the preparation of various activities
- Write reports
- Collaborate with staff in the preparation and facilitation of workshops
3.Other related tasks
- All other related tasks.
- Provide general assistance in the conduct of a typical day
- Excellent oral and written skills in French
