General Information:

Part of the Quebec sales team reporting to the Regional sales manager – Quebec, you will develop sales strategies focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the key business drivers of industrial customers and the business environment and interpreting the impact and opportunity.

  • Seeking knowledge of the customer's current business and long-term plans.

  • Selling products/solutions/services, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets.

  • Managing resolution of specific customer problems

  • Monitoring competitors' activity with the accounts and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.

  • Giving input on market price

  • Applying standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools, especially Salesforce

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in the power industry of which 3 years in sales & marketing related roles having demonstrated the following:

  • Customer orientation and strong relationship building skills

  • Expertise in power products and systems

  • Bilingual (French and English – written and oral)

  • Sales and marketing experience

  • High achievement motivation and initiative

  • Business and profitability orientation
