Description
General Information:
Part of the Quebec sales team reporting to the Regional sales manager – Quebec, you will develop sales strategies focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-
Understanding the key business drivers of industrial customers and the business environment and interpreting the impact and opportunity.

Seeking knowledge of the customer's current business and long-term plans.
-
Selling products/solutions/services, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets.
-
Managing resolution of specific customer problems
-
Monitoring competitors' activity with the accounts and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.

Giving input on market price
-
Applying standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools, especially Salesforce
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 yrs experience in the power industry of which 3 years in sales & marketing related roles having demonstrated the following:
-
Customer orientation and strong relationship building skills

Expertise in power products and systems
-
Bilingual (French and English – written and oral)
-
Sales and marketing experience
-
High achievement motivation and initiative
-
Business and profitability orientation
