Eng in Ontario as Mechanical Engineers with 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry will be considered for this role.We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Mechanical Engineer, to work out of our office. This position is responsible for the completion of mechanical engineering design, investigation and management of multiple projects of varying scope and complexity. In return for your talent and effort, Rimkus offers a dynamic organization with a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible work schedule and opportunities for advancement.Designing HVAC and Plumbing Systems for retrofit and new construction for Commercial low and high-rise residential buildingsComplete reviews of existing mechanical systemsCompletion of engineering design assignments and management of projects of various scope and complexityCompletion of complex engineering design projects in conjunction with senior EngineersUse of a variety of standard engineering methods and techniques to solve problemsOffice review of mechanical engineering shop drawings and calculationsField review of mechanical related constructionApplication of design software for mechanical design in conjunction with senior EngineersAssist other engineers in carrying out technical tasks requiring accuracy in calculations, completeness of data an adherence to prescribed testing analysis, design or computation methodsProviding guidance and direction to junior and student engineers or techniciansProject management and coordination dutiesBachelor's degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering, Licensed as a Professional Engineer, Minimum 5-10 years of experience, Professional experience working on mechanical restoration projects, Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, Outlook, Word, and Excel, Ability to provide leadership to junior engineers/technicians, Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, Self-motivating and ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail, Good oral and written English communication skills, Ability to act with business integrity and professionalism, Valid Ontario Driver's LicenseIf you share our commitment to diversity and inclusivity and are excited about joining a welcoming and supportive team, we encourage you to apply for our open positions.
