- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the food service staff's activities
- Ensure food preparation followed customer's requirement
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Ensure the quality of foods and services meets standards
- Maintain and supervise the records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Resolve customers' complaints and concerns
- Train food service staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Involve in the recruitment of food service staff when required
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
