We are a nano brewery running the Brewha ( and looking for someone to be a one person team brewing the beer. We are small so benefits of creative control without having to worry about what sells in stores as we sell 99.Production: - Lead all areas of production including brewing, cellaring, packaging (kegging & canning)- Monitor active fermentation and responsible for quality of final, packaged products. - Inventory management including ordering (packaged product, materials, raw ingredients). - Accurate packaging records including units package, volume, losses, dates, etc. - Experience managing the production process - Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive - Experience working with a canning line an asset.
