Job Description The candidate will own, evolve, and evangelize the Launch process at Sage to enable true end-to-end program execution with cross-functional alignment. At the intersection of GTM initiatives, this operations role within the newly formed Routes to Revenue (RTR) Operations team focuses on streamlining execution, measurement, and training.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Launch Calendar: Ensure stakeholders across Sage recognize the Launch Calendar as the single source of truth for initiatives we bring to market. Help reimagine and manage the Launch Calendar to ensure continuous updates and improvements.
• Status tracking and measurement: Evolve the Launch process to include clear and robust measurement.
• Launch Training Leadership: Lead the training plan, creation, and distribution of engaging Launch training courses and curriculum while managing a training library to ensure consistent quality and accessibility.
• Stakeholder alignment to drive global consistency: ensure clarity and alignment on what flawless launch execution looks like. Roll out a Plan, Brief, Execute, and Debrief model.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 6 years experience and understanding of the GTM product launch process specifically with a B2B SaaS product (required).
• You can walk us through your experience of launching a B2B SaaS product to market including planning, execution, and post-launch activities. (required)
You can provide examples of:
• Creating or improving processes
• Your strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Your ability to articulate your thoughts and concepts concisely and with simplicity to a global audience.
• Your hands-on experience creating effective documentation, copy, and/or communications.
• Your natural ability to build relationships, effectively collaborate cross-functionally, influence, and gain buy-in.
• Your continuous innovation, growth mindset, and the capacity to drive and adapt to change.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is C$101,000 to C$140,500. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (20%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
