Director, Digital Development (Salesforce)

As the Director of Digital Development, you will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of our E-commerce, marketing and customer service platforms powered by Salesforce. You will work closely with the IT and E-commerce teams to ensure that our Salesforce capabilities meet the needs of our business and customers. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce strategies and ensuring that they align with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and ensure that they are delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business needs, on time and within budget;
• Collaborate with the E-commerce and operational teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Develop and implement Salesforce strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure that they are scalable and maintainable;
• Ensure that our Salesforce system is secure, reliable, and performs optimally;
• Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance;
  Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends, technologies, and best practices and share your knowledge with the team;
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure that they deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs;
• Develop and maintain documentation related to our Salesforce platforms, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field;
• At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
• Strong technical background with experience in technical architecture, integration, and custom development;
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud;
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements on time and within budget;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills (bilingual in French and English is an asset);
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are a plus;
