The Clerk Steno acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals, and assists the Senior Administrative Support – Elementary in the administrative and secretarial duties of the school office under the direction of the administrator. Schedule: 4 days weekly - Mondays & Fridays + 2 other days TEMPORARY net, JDE, attendance procedures and EasyConnect. First Aid, CPR and Microsoft Publisher would be an asset. The duties, responsibilities and requirements for these positions are not limited to the above, but may include all of those in the Job Fact Sheet for Clerk/Stenographer. Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees, even if currently in receipt of an OMERS pension.
