OVERVIEW
Our client is a Renowned Chinese Corporate Bank. They are looking for candidates to join as a HR Manager (Human Resources).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Corporate Culture Promotion
- Bank's Brand Building / Employees Relations / Event Planning
- Strong in Chinese Typing / Writing
- Knowledge in HKMA Regulatory and Policies
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement practices and programmes with the objective of fostering positive employee relations and corporate culture.
- Plan, develop and organize employee relations practices, including staff communication, staff engagement strategies, in order to foster a positive and inclusive workplace to attract and retain talent.
- Drive design and implementation of Employee Engagement survey, working closely with vendor to provide direction and manage project deliverables.
- Assist in formulating and reviewing HR policies to ensure in compliance with the regulatory requirements and meet with Bank's business needs.
- Provide support for various compliance projects and audit exercise.
- Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in Banking / Financial Institution
- Familiar with HKMA policy and regulations
- Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legal or compliance background is preferred
- Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
