OVERVIEW

Our client is a Renowned Chinese Corporate Bank. They are looking for candidates to join as a HR Manager (Human Resources).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Corporate Culture Promotion
  2. Bank's Brand Building / Employees Relations / Event Planning
  3. Strong in Chinese Typing / Writing
  4. Knowledge in HKMA Regulatory and Policies
  5. Partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement practices and programmes with the objective of fostering positive employee relations and corporate culture.
  6. Plan, develop and organize employee relations practices, including staff communication, staff engagement strategies, in order to foster a positive and inclusive workplace to attract and retain talent.
  7. Drive design and implementation of Employee Engagement survey, working closely with vendor to provide direction and manage project deliverables.
  8. Assist in formulating and reviewing HR policies to ensure in compliance with the regulatory requirements and meet with Bank's business needs.
  9. Provide support for various compliance projects and audit exercise.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in Banking / Financial Institution
  • Familiar with HKMA policy and regulations
  • Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legal or compliance background is preferred
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
