OVERVIEW
Join our innovative and forward-thinking team in the digital print industry as a Partner Manager Reseller, where your primary mission will be selling and managing the indirect channel to maximize revenue of the organization's products and services through a base of reseller partners. You will play a key leadership role in fostering a high-performance culture, coaching partner reps, and building strategic relationships with both internal teams and clients in print and IT solutions segment.
POSITION PURPOSE
The key purpose of the role is to gain strategy alignment and performance across a group of assigned channel partners who sell Xerox products, solutions, and services. You will be a major influencer of the partner strategy and business performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for engaging with leaders of our channel partners to develop relationships based on achieving mutual, long term business success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Growth and Client Satisfaction
- Drive strategic relationships with key channel partners to enhance revenue growth.
- Promote and tailor the Xerox Value Proposition to align with partner business models and drivers.
- Ensure partners understand their responsibilities and obligations within the Xerox partnership for sustained success.
- Analyze short term and long term business performance of partners and consult on strategies to enhance profitability.
- Sales Leadership and Team Development
- Serve as a trusted business advisor, guiding partners in strategic direction, sales coverage planning, and resource investments.
- Support partner development through business planning to achieve revenue and unit sales targets across product ranges.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Data Driven Decision Making
- Provide regular feedback to Xerox teams on market trends, business risks, and program effectiveness.
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive account management process, documenting partner and Xerox related insights.
- Collaboration and Performance Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth.
- Create a unique and valuable experience for partners to keep them engaged and performing well over time.
- Sales Process Excellence
- Help partners with business growth, financial planning, and improving sales.
- Match Xerox resources to partner needs to boost growth through focused efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES & ABILITIES
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, demonstrating success in channel partner management and revenue growth.
- Experience in people management or leadership is a strong asset.

- Proven ability to align partner strategy with Xerox business objectives for mutual success.
- Strong financial acumen to evaluate business models, profitability, and market positioning.
