Sunbury Transport is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive revenue across our freight brokerage and logistics solutions center. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong business development mindset, a solid track record in B2B sales, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and collaborating across departments to deliver value-driven solutions to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and support long-term business growth.
- Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Market Insight: Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform product development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget updates to senior leadership.
- Growth Enablement: Drive the expansion and optimization of Sunbury's freight brokerage and solutions center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in transportation, logistics, or a related B2B environment.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- CRM experience is an asset.
- Bilingualism in French is an asset but not required.
- Ability to travel within Canada and US as needed for client meetings and industry events.
