WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Digital Activation Associate Director is responsible for helping lead a digital trading team to ensure all elements of digital buying is accomplished as well as, implementing and interpreting analytics, measurement, and performance tracking. The Associate Director will lead, mentor and assist with the development of measurement strategies, tracking specifications, and research undertakings. The successful candidate will be ultimately responsible for quality assurance across all clients within the group in addition to supporting the growth of all team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing workflow, deadlines, and to facilitate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Mentor staff in increasing knowledge base across planning, reporting and optimizing digital buys;
  • Support the team on the implementation and achievement of campaign objectives, optimizations in conjunction with Strategy teams;
  • Responsible for quality assurance across all accounts including data and reporting accuracy;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Client Service teams to ensure clear understanding of the overarching, high level business objectives and work collaboratively to achieve those objectives for our clients;
  • Provide thought leadership and provide innovative ideas to the client service teams through written POV's and presentations;
  • Apply various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources while providing a layer of strategic thinking and insight generation;
  • Rely on previous experience to help identify solutions and options to help guide those with final decision making authority;
  • Provide high-level insight and analysis to campaign performance;
  • Identify areas within the group that could me improved and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency;
  • Identify and develop tactical opportunities that meet client and corporate objectives through actionable insights derived from analytics;
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to yield positive results;
  • Participate in developing the Analytics and digital capabilities within the agency and with existing clients;
  • Work with Digital Business Lead, data lead and strategic leads to ensure touche's quality standards are adhered to across the board.

You are the desired candidate if you have:

  • Minimum experience of 5 to 7 years' relevant media experience; experience in marketing, interactive/technology consulting, experience with digital media analytics;
  • High level of technical digital expertise, and Strong knowledge of programmatic, social, display and SEM;
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and third party ad-servers. Experience with other digital solutions an asset;
  • Knowledge of evaluation of marketing ROI, conversion funnel analysis and optimization;
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on MS Excel;
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript;
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, highly organized and be comfortable with training others;
  • Proven experience with leading a team;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
