We are a commercial interior construction company based in the GTA, specializing in high-end commercial renovation projects in the downtown core. We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator / Writer who is creative, organized, has strong communication skills, and is a team player. What you will work on:
- Read and analyze proposal requests.
- Write and edit professional, quality proposal documents and other marketing materials and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop RFP response strategy.
- Develop new content to meet specific opportunities.
- Produce visual communication materials that are consistent with our brand and vision.
- Layout documents in various programs (InDesign primarily).
- Assist with maintenance and brand consistency of the corporate website.
- Assist with Social Media updates (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
- Participate in Social Events promoting the Firm's Expertise and Brand Identity.
Qualifications:
- College or university degree in design, architecture, engineering, writing, languages, translation, journalism, communication, marketing, public relations, administration or any other related field.
- Diploma in Visual Communications would be considered an asset.
- Between three and five years of experience in marketing and communication project management or coordination.
- Experience in the field of construction, architecture, and interior design is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) are essential.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a vibrant and energetic organization.
