Location: Remote (EST hrs) + occasional travel to Toronto

Your New Company

Our client, a very well-known client looking to hire Change Management Lead/Transformation Readiness Lead.

Your New Role:

WSIB's Claims Journey to the Cloud program, a large-scale business and technology transformation. This role will provide strategic support, oversee project execution and drive leadership alignment to support successful integration of the People Readiness strategy. They will work closely with the People workstreams, Program Director, executive sponsors, governance committees and cross-functional leads to ensure alignment, readiness and engagement throughout the claims transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and align strategies from following work streams, Change Management, Business Readiness, Communications, Training & Development, Knowledge Management, Human Resources/Labour Relations - to document the overarching "People readiness" strategy for Claims Journey to the Cloud in partnership with each workstream.
  • Provide informed recommendations for workstream consideration based on experience managing large-scale, multi-year business and technology transformational projects.
  • Facilitate project management functions for the People Readiness workstream Provide recommendations based on previous experience supporting People Readiness functions on large scale transformational projects and best practices for discussion and alignment within People Readiness functions.
  • Accountable for the management of the IPP components that fall into the people readiness workstream and integration into the broader Program plan.
  • Manage and monitor People Readiness workstream budgets to ensure that there are no costs or resource over runs, as well as, tracking workstream milestones and deliverables ensuring workstream requirements are achieved in a timely fashion and within budgetary guidelines.
  • Accountable for facilitating leadership alignment in collaboration with Business Sponsors.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners supporting the project to ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks.
  • Developing full-scale workstream plans, and associated documents to report workstream progress, providing frequent verbal and written progress reports on the status of workstream activities, providing action plans or recommendations on people readiness to program sponsors.
  • Providing strategic advice and recommendations to executive sponsors and senior leadership ensuring strategies align with business goals

What You'll Need:

  • 5-7 years' experience managing complex projects and initiatives end to end, supporting People readiness functions such as Change Management, Human Resources, Labour Relations, Communications, Business Readiness, Training and Development and/or Knowledge Management.
  • Deep understanding of Change Management, Human Resources, Labour Relations, Communications, Business
  • Readiness, Training and Development and/or Knowledge Management best practices and principles from a Project perspective. Experience working in one or more of these fields is considered an asset.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation considered an asset.
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
