Skills and Responsibilities:

•We are seeking a Security Analyst to review and provide security guidance for enterprise-level customer experience solutions, including AWS Contact Center (Amazon Connect), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Contact Center Solutions.

•The role involves assessing architecture submissions, identifying security risks, and ensuring alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.

•Review architecture designs and solution submissions across AWS Connect, Adobe AEM, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and related integrations.

•Evaluate risks related to data flow, access controls, identity management, and cloud service configurations.

•Provide clear security recommendations and approve or advise changes to proposed solutions.

•Collaborate with platform architects, security engineering, and compliance teams.

•Maintain documentation of security reviews, decisions, and risk mitigations.

•Ensure adherence to internal security policies, standards, and applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).

Required Skills:

•Good years in information security, with expertise in cloud-based customer experience platforms.

•Strong knowledge of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, etc.) and Amazon Connect.

•Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, especially AEM and Real-Time CDP.

•Experience in secure architecture review, data protection, API security, and identity governance.

•Excellent communication skills with ability to translate security concerns into practical recommendations.

•Preferred Qualifications:

•Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, Adobe Certified Expert).

•Experience with CI/CD, Develops, or automation in reviewing solutions.

•Familiarity with contact center compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 2).
