Mastercard Services provides cutting-edge services in Business & Market Intelligence, Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, and Open Banking. Focused on scaling quickly, our Digital Partner & Fintech sales team handles solutions for a diverse customer base, including large tech companies, ecommerce, media, fintechs, bin sponsors, processors, and program managers.

As a member of our Business Development team, you will generate excitement and demand for our solutions. We value individuals with consultative sales experience, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort navigating complex sales processes, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

The Role

As Senior Managing Consultant - Fintechs & Money Transfer Operators, you will drive growth with key customers. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic clients, building on existing relationships, initiating new ones, and promoting Mastercard Services solutions to drive sales.

To succeed, the ideal candidate will:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and expanded engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong networking skills and confidence in initiating contact with prospects.
  • Maintain a customer-first attitude, uncover needs beyond explicit requests, and craft innovative strategies.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to closing contracts, ensuring seamless sales cycles.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and projections.
  • Lead pitches and presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Collaborate on engagement scope and align with business objectives.
  • Support project and customer success teams.
  • Create compelling presentations and communicate insights effectively.
  • Coach team members and foster professional growth.
  • Continuously seek new knowledge and skills.

All About You

  • Significant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, data & analytics, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Commercial drive with the ability to monetize relationships.
  • Ownership of end-to-end sales processes.
  • Leadership experience managing projects or teams.
  • Knowledge of consumer and commercial payments is a plus.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and multitasking skills.

Salary Range: $161,000 - $250,000
