Job description

We are looking for a fun and energetic Real Estate Front Desk Reception for our 103 Vanderhoof Avenue, Toronto Branch. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure. This is a full time, permanent position. The hours are 9 - 5, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones, taking messages and transferring calls
  • Scheduling and confirming all showing requests
  • Assisting with agent requests
  • Greet all clients/walk ins and maintain overall tidiness of all common areas
  • Coordinate the front desk
  • Broker loading to the TREB MLS system
  • Typing offers, amendments, and other paperwork
  • Office administration
  • Processing real estate transactions

Requirements:

  • 1 + years working as front desk reception or administrator in real estate
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Superb communication skills
  • Knowledge and working use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience and knowledge of Brokerbay and Nexone is an asset
  • Professional, people person, very effective communicator and superb listener
  • Desire to take initiative and ownership over the position
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing demands
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written - additional languages an asset

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
