We are looking for a fun and energetic Real Estate Front Desk Reception for our 103 Vanderhoof Avenue, Toronto Branch. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure. This is a full time, permanent position. The hours are 9 - 5, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones, taking messages and transferring calls
- Scheduling and confirming all showing requests
- Assisting with agent requests
- Greet all clients/walk ins and maintain overall tidiness of all common areas
- Coordinate the front desk
- Broker loading to the TREB MLS system
- Typing offers, amendments, and other paperwork
- Office administration
- Processing real estate transactions
Requirements:
- 1 + years working as front desk reception or administrator in real estate
- Computer and technology savvy
- Superb communication skills
- Knowledge and working use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience and knowledge of Brokerbay and Nexone is an asset
- Professional, people person, very effective communicator and superb listener
- Desire to take initiative and ownership over the position
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing demands
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Quick learner
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written - additional languages an asset
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
