The Navadian CHALLENGE:

• Communicate with customers to resolve problems and issues on a day-to-day basis

• Provide documents such as invoices, work orders, maintenance status to field representatives

• Monitoring and pre-qualifying requests for proposals

• Writing preventive maintenance quotes via our ASN tool

• Creating service contracts, updating information

• Creating service contracts, update information; Perform contract renewals in collaboration with the representatives

• Working in team with dispatchers and the quotation department to ensure the follow-up of material orders, quotations or appointments.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in sales coordination

• Proficient in MS Office

• Knowledge of the construction/HVAC industry (an asset)

• Clear communicator, both written and verbal

• Proactive, resourceful, and always ready to collaborate
