Manager, Risk Reporting & Controls Mississauga, ON (On-site) $85,000 - $100,000

An international bank with a strong Canadian presence is looking for a Manager, Risk Reporting & Controls to join its Mississauga office. This is a hands-on role focused on enterprise risk reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting the implementation of new control frameworks.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and overseeing internal and regulatory risk reports for senior leadership and board-level committees
• Supporting risk assessments and control reviews across areas like operational, credit, and regulatory risk
• Helping implement new regulatory guidelines and coordinating with external industry groups and internal stakeholders
• Identifying ways to improve how risk data is collected, analyzed, and presented
• Staying up to date with evolving risk management practices in the Canadian banking sector

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in risk management or audit in Canadian banking
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field (CPA, CIA, or risk certifications are an asset)
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk reporting, and regulatory expectations
• Comfortable working across teams and with external partners
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
