We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator for one of our clients in North York. The role focuses on supporting recruitment efforts through high-volume resume screening and administrative coordination, while also contributing to broader HR functions under the guidance of the HR Manager and CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial screening and sorting of resumes for multiple open positions.
  • Evaluate candidates against defined criteria and forward qualified profiles to recruiters.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking systems and databases.
  • Draft and post job listings on external job boards and internal career sites.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and coordination for new hires.
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support internal HR communications and participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the human resources field.
