We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator for one of our clients in North York. The role focuses on supporting recruitment efforts through high-volume resume screening and administrative coordination, while also contributing to broader HR functions under the guidance of the HR Manager and CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screening and sorting of resumes for multiple open positions.
- Evaluate candidates against defined criteria and forward qualified profiles to recruiters.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking systems and databases.
- Draft and post job listings on external job boards and internal career sites.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and coordination for new hires.
- Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support internal HR communications and participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the human resources field.
