Contract duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Implementing file classification systems and applying retention schedules to records
- Conducting records inventories and entering data into spreadsheets or designated templates using data entry tools
- Reviewing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Scanning and organizing file documents in line with established procedures
- Handling and lifting boxed records weighing up to 30 lbs
- Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
Must Have Requirements
Education
- Post-secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience (e.g., Certificate in Project Management)
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using SharePoint Online
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with responsibilities directly applicable to this position
