Contract duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing file classification systems and applying retention schedules to records
  • Conducting records inventories and entering data into spreadsheets or designated templates using data entry tools
  • Reviewing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Scanning and organizing file documents in line with established procedures
  • Handling and lifting boxed records weighing up to 30 lbs
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

Must Have Requirements

Education

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience (e.g., Certificate in Project Management)

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using SharePoint Online
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with responsibilities directly applicable to this position
