QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum college degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales Management environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the sales administration process.
- Strong knowledge of people management skills and customer relations.
- Previous experience with a computerized purchasing/inventory system.
- Strong knowledge of steel tubing and its application is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems.
