We're partnering with a seed-stage startup in Toronto that's reimagining how companies go to market using agentic AI. Backed by $12M in fresh funding from top-tier VCs, they're building AI-native agents to automate and accelerate every part of the GTM motion - from prospecting to renewal.
They're now hiring a Founding Account Manager to join early and lead post-sale success - starting with customer adoption, then driving expansion, renewals, and long-term value. You'll be a critical voice shaping how the company grows and how its customers win.
What You'll Own:
- Build deep relationships with early customers and drive time-to-value
- Lead onboarding, activation, and day-to-day customer success touchpoints
- Identify and close opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell, and expansion
- Own renewals and work proactively to ensure long-term customer retention
- Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to bring the voice of the customer into everything
- Help define the post-sale motion - tools, processes, and strategy - from the ground up
You Are:
- Based in Toronto (or open to working hybrid from the city)
- Experienced in account management or customer success, ideally in fast-moving startups
- A relationship builder with strong commercial instincts
- Curious about new tech (especially AI) and how to translate it into business value
- Excited by the idea of building the customer org from day one
