Sea to Sky Childcare is hiring passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educators for multiple full-time roles in Squamish, BC. Whether you're a seasoned educator ready to take on an Assistant Director role or you're looking to continue growing as a Classroom Educator, we want to hear from you!

Open Positions:

Assistant Director

• $26-$28/hour + $6/hr ECE Wage Enhancement

• Qualifications: ECEA, ECE, ECE IT, or ECE IT/SN

• Start date: ASAP

Classroom Educators (3 roles)

• $23.50/hour + $6/hr ECE Wage Enhancement

• Qualifications: ECE, ECE IT, or ECE IT/SN

• Start dates: 1 ASAP, 2 flexible (preferred sooner)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

• Observe and document child development and learning

• Ensure safety and compliance with licensing standards

• Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate with families

Required Qualifications:

Valid ECE certification (ECEA, ECE, ECE IT, or ECE IT/SN)

First Aid & CPR certification

Experience working in an early learning setting

Strong communication and collaboration skills

A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude

• 8-hour shifts

• Monday to Friday
