Responsibilities
- Support lawyers in the Construction Group with file and case management.
- Organize and manage high volumes of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare, review, and proofread legal correspondence and court materials.
- Coordinate scheduling, filing, and other administrative litigation tasks.
- Work collaboratively with legal teams across the firm's offices.
- Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Law Clerk, preferably in litigation or construction law.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain focused and accurate when handling large volumes of documents.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to anticipate team needs.
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
