We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.
Duration: 12 months
Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities
- Review and process complex transactions accurately and on time
- Manage escalated and sensitive cases; perform testing for enhancements and projects
- Provide customer service through email, phone, and written correspondence
- Apply knowledge of Individual Insurance and/or Affinity Markets, including systems and basic processes
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
- Analyze and resolve customer requests independently; take appropriate actions
- Support data cleanup initiatives
- Provide training and peer support when required
- Act as a senior team resource, offering guidance and recommending training for newer staff
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Strong mathematical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent written communication skills, ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, high attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, adaptable to change, strong customer service orientation, well-organized, team-oriented.
- Bilingual (French/English) is a plus.
- College diploma or equivalent business experience preferred.
