Manager, Sportsbook Loyalty and Promotions
We're seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Sportsbook Loyalty and Promotions team. The role focuses on keeping our customers at the center, delivering a rewarding sportsbook promotion and incentives experience, all the while encouraging them to continue choosing PointsBet as their preferred Sportsbook.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Strategy and Execution
- Drive the customer lifecycle for Sportsbook promotions-from concept and creative development through testing, deployment, QA and fulfillment.
- Own, author and manage the weekly generosity schedule for sportsbook.
- Assist in executing key promotions and messaging; channels will include email, push, in-app messages, digital advertisements, among others.
- Ensure promotional content across all channels and platforms is up to date and accurate including web app and app, homepage carousel and promotion pages.
- Serve as a key voice of the sports betting customer, providing insights into the end-to-end customer journey and identifying opportunities to elevate engagement and strategic alignment across departments including but not limited to ongoing competitive analysis.
Data Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and offer actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, boost conversion funnels. Track and report on key performance metrics for each campaign. Including NGR, GGR, Churn, LTV.
- Analyze and report upon the daily and weekly performance across all promotions in the market. This process includes identifying weaknesses and/or opportunities. Reporting shall include measurement criteria such as ROI, business KPI tracking, promotion optimization, cost benefit analysis and fulfillment tracking.
- Track promotions, loyalty campaigns offered by competitors in the iGaming industry.
Business Unit Partnership and Collaboration
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Product, Legal & Compliance, Customer Support, and Risk & Trading to coordinate promotional rollouts and long-term enhancements that drive business outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end administrative delivery for sportsbook promotions. Including but not limited to, the creation and execution of each offer, building terms and conditions, sourcing campaign creatives, offering suggestions for CRM creative copy, providing support for CRM campaign approvals and working with customer service teams on promotion fulfillment.
- Become a subject matter expert in internal systems, proactively managing promotional risk, leading triage on live issues, and minimizing operational overhead while enhancing the customer experience.
Financial Results
- Lead testing and experimentation efforts to uncover optimization opportunities, such as A/B testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
- Own all outcomes and prioritize efforts to focus on delivering expected results within the allotted timeframe.
SKILLS WE SEEK
- Must absolutely be a diehard sports fan embracing all aspects of the game - the play, the stats.
- Must have 5+ years of marketing experience (brand, agency, sports property) required.
- Industry experience across the iGaming landscape.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A demonstrated track record of building and scaling base marketing programs driving Loyalty and retention.
- You can manage marketing budgets and the resulting outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills, interpretation of complex data. Turning insights into action. A key to your success is being able to turn data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Practical experience and or understanding of the following platforms:
- CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot
- Data Analytics suites such as - BI, Looker, Sigma, Tableau
- CMS platforms such as Wordpress, Shopify, Hubspot
- Proven project management skills, including the management of large-scale campaigns, task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and guiding cross-functional teams.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work some nights and weekends during busy periods of the sports calendar.
