Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Website Optimization Manager. This role will be hybrid 3x per week in Toronto, ON.

As a Website Optimization Manager, you will lead all A/B and multivariate testing strategies, define a robust web experimentation roadmap, and translate insights into measurable business growth to optimize conversion funnels for small business and mid-market customers. You will also have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, design, and engineering to drive web initiatives focused on increasing signups and lead generation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead experiment design and execution including A/B and multivariate testing to optimize UX and conversion for small business customers
- Define and manage a strategic web testing roadmap aligned with business growth objectives and user engagement goals
- Execute testing across all areas of web content including CTAs, layout, imagery, messaging and analyze performance to inform future optimizations
- Leverage Adobe Analytics, pathing & fallout analysis, and survey feedback to uncover user behavior insights and conversion blockers
- Own the experimentation calendar, ensuring visibility into timelines, dependencies, and risks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years' experience with A/B and multivariate testing, using tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO
- Demonstrated success improving conversion rates through web experimentation and KPI analysis
- Expertise in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data using session recordings, surveys, and behavioral analytics to drive actionable insights
- Successful track record of driving business decision across marketing, design, and engineering
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in FinTech or SaaS indsutry!
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in conveying test outcomes and strategy to stakeholders
