Your new role

As a Peoplesoft Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft Financials (General Ledger), you will:

• Implement and support the PeopleSoft General Ledger (GL) module for a large, complex organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct fit/gap analysis, and develop strategy documents.
• Provide expertise in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft GL processes, including journal entries, allocations, year-end close, and integration with other modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
• Operate in a hybrid work environment: three days onsite in downtown Toronto, two days remote, through August 7, 2025, with potential for extension.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience implementing or supporting the PeopleSoft General Ledger module in medium to large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, with the ability to create and document strategic approaches for GL processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience developing strategy documents and conducting fit/gap analysis.
• Active PeopleSoft Certification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
