As the company diversifies their construction pipeline to meet the evolving demands of multi-generational homeowners, they are looking to add a fresh and diverse perspective to their senior leadership team. This newly created role reporting into the President, will provide direct oversight and leadership across contracting, construction, and post-construction services. The General Manager of Operations will actively contribute to the leadership team by shaping strategic direction, aligning resources, overseeing performance, managing risks, and championing a mindset of 'best-in-class customer experience', in every decision.
