Reporting directly to the President and owner, this newly created role will provide direct oversight and leadership across all aspects of construction and development, including contracting, site construction, warranty, and quality control. This senior leader will also be accountable for executive functions, including strategic planning, team development, risk management, and the coordination of operations and commercial functions.
