Your new company

You will be working for an established privately owned real estate investment, development, and management company who own and operate a mixed portfolio across AB & BC. Due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Building Operator to join the team.

Your new role

You will report into the Senior Property Manager and work closely supporting another Operator. You will be responsible for supporting 1 large site with 2 Condo towers (700 units) and 100,000 sq ft of Commercial Retail on the site next door. You will be assisting with the day-to-day operations of the buildings, carrying out work orders, planned and preventative maintenance and overseeing contractors on site - You will NOT be responsible for suite maintenance within the Condo's, it is solely the building and systems.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be 5th Class or higher and have 5+ years experience as a Commercial Building Operator, supporting retail, office or industrial portfolios. You must be comfortable working within a Condo building and interacting with both residential and commercial tenants. Strong communication skills are important and experience of mentoring and supporting junior staff is highly desirable. You will be the senior operator on site, so any experience in a leadership role is beneficial.

This site is based in the SW and parking is provided.
