Summary

This is a unionized position with LiUNA Local 1059 with union pension, benefits and wage.

We are seeking an experienced Float Truck Driver with experience running and transporting Mini-Excavators to join our dynamic team at Telecon in Bruce County ON. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and floating heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support our telecom infrastructure projects. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our operations.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as a mini excavator, skid steer, backhoe and float truck
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate project tasks and timelines.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed during project execution.
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues to management.

Requirements
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is essential.
Valid AZ or ARZ license with a clean abstract required
Strong attention to safety practices and protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
