The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative, executive, sales, and research support to a small team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Manage office equipment and office/kitchen supplies.
- Pay bills, create invoices.
- Record keeping and data entry
- Reconcile credit cards, track expenses and record travel expenses/reimbursements.
- Schedule appointments, arrange travel and other reservations.
- Provide research and coordinate events.
- Communicate with clients.
- Create presentations and reports.
- Attendance tracking and meeting management.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education.
- Experience providing administrative/executive support to a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PP).
- Strong travel coordination and schedule management experience
- Excellent communication skills
