The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative, executive, sales, and research support to a small team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Manage office equipment and office/kitchen supplies.
  • Pay bills, create invoices.
  • Record keeping and data entry
  • Reconcile credit cards, track expenses and record travel expenses/reimbursements.
  • Schedule appointments, arrange travel and other reservations.
  • Provide research and coordinate events.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Create presentations and reports.
  • Attendance tracking and meeting management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education.
  • Experience providing administrative/executive support to a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PP).
  • Strong travel coordination and schedule management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
