We are looking for a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our amazing care team in one of our beautiful assisted-living and long-term care facilities, Discovery Harbour Care Centre.
Location: 850- 14th Ave., Campbell River, BC, V9W 4H4

Position Summary:
- Performs assessments, plans, implements and provides personal and nursing care to residents.
- Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures.
- Direct supervision of care staff to meet resident's needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care strong asset
- Desire to continually stay educated in relevant areas of long-term care and nursing a big asset.
