A client I am working with is currently looking for a production supervisor for their facility in Brampton, ON
Job Must Haves- 3+ years of experience as a production supervisor
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience supervising 30+ employees
- Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing experience
- Ensures the safe, efficient and effective use of the workforce, equipment and material resources
- Provides leadership, direction, guidance, supervision, evaluation, motivation and training of production employees
- Schedules equipment and personnel to ensure production requirements/targets are met on a timely basis
- Ensures safe conditions at all times; takes appropriate action to protect the health and safety of employees
- Responsible for personnel management including completing interviews, and performance and disciplinary conversations
- Comply, communicate and ensure compliance of team with all policies and procedures
- Builds and maintains effective internal and external relationships and other duties as required
Shifts: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am
