

- 2-year post secondary program in business/accounting
- Experience in collections, preferably in public sector
- Strong verbal/written communication skills


- Coordinate, collect, and review monthly reporting packages
- Input data to SPB system ensuring billing accuracy
- Prepare monthly reports, support billing queries, manage projects


- Customer collections & credit functions across Canada & Bermuda
- Negotiate payment arrangements & deliver high quality service
- Maintain accurate account notes & meet call volume targets
