

- Ensure efficient organization of lawyers' practices, manage schedules, email correspondence, phone calls, logistics, and meeting preparation.
- Establish contact with clients and consistently exceed their expectations.
- Prepare client invoices and expense receipts, assist with meeting room preparation and setting up audiovisual equipment.

- Provide navigation, planning, and facilitation services to seniors with mobility disabilities.
- Identify needs, set goals, develop action plans, and mobilize supports and services.
- Possess post-secondary degree in related field, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
