

- Minimum 1-3 years' legal admin experience
- Strong MS Office skills & typing abilities
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.


- Coordinate and administer documents for public building design and construction projects.
- Work effectively with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments, industry, and Nova Scotia Health.


- Administer collection process for personal and commercial loan portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor, analyze, track, and execute timely repayments.
